your questions
We’ve all got questions when something is new, so we’ve tried to cover most of them here, but if there’s something you still need to know, just ask…
Will I get clients?
There is no reason if you have an existing client base that you won’t already have a client base right in front of you. Just be sure to tell anyone and everyone that you offer this incredible service. You will be surprised how many people also don’t know that this is even an option for them or someone they know. The amount of clients we have treated through telling them about it or that they have referred us is huge. Social media is amazing, but not everyone is on it, so be sure to talk about it and also promote it within your clinic. We will share lots of our marketing tips with you on training that have been tried and tested.
If you are a complete beginner, there are multiple ways you can attract and grow a client base, and we will be able to give you plenty of suggestions & tips on this.

Who is a candidate for SMP?
What can you charge for SMP
(*example would be a small patch of hair loss or scarring from FUT and for a single session)
Is there really a market for SMP?
Here are some statistics:
- Hair loss affects 8 million women and 35 million men in the UK
- 21 million women worldwide suffer hair loss and/or alopecia
SMP is still very under saturated, and whilst it has been around for a few years, it is still pretty new, which means you are coming into it at a GREAT time and will be building your name and reputation as it continues to grow.
How long will it last my client?
SMP is deemed permanent, but the pigments will very slowly fade out a little over time. But we do deem this a permanent procedure.
How many sessions will it take?
Session1 and two can be as close as 2 weeks apart, session 2-3 we advise 6–12 weeks.
Would my clients see results immediately?
